Welcome to Health Calendar (the “App”). Please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

The App is a tool for planning and viewing health-related schedules. Its local features include:

• Creating, editing, and viewing schedule items and recurring items
• Recording whether items are completed
• Managing countdowns for important dates such as follow-up visits and checkups
• Sending local reminders and evening-summary reminders when you grant permission

2. Important Notices

• The App does not provide medical advice. It is a scheduling and reminder tool only and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or medication advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified professional.
• Follow professional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions about your health, medication use, dosage, or treatment plan.
• The App is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a medical provider immediately.
• Reminders depend on your device. Delivery can be affected by notification permission, battery level, system settings, and other device conditions. We do not guarantee that every reminder will arrive on time. Do not rely on the App as your only reminder method.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the items, times, and other information you enter, and for keeping your device secure. You may not use the App for unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App.

4. Data and Privacy

The App stores your schedules, countdowns, and completion records locally on your device. For information about data handling, notification permission, and your controls, please read the Privacy Policy available in the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App’s interface, icons, code, text, and other content are protected by applicable law. Except as permitted by law or with prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

6. Changes or Termination

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time; uninstalling may remove local App data from your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable beyond the limits required by law for losses arising from use of, inability to use, late delivery of reminders, or device or system failures.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be shown in the App with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after the update takes effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
