Health Calendar is a local health-schedule management app (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. Please read it carefully before using the App.

1. Information We Handle

The App’s core features operate locally on your device. To provide schedules and reminders, the App stores the following on your device:

• Schedule information: item names, times, repeat rules, reminder settings, and categories that you enter.
• Completion records: records created when you mark items complete or incomplete.
• Countdown information: important dates, titles, categories, and notes that you enter.
• App preferences: such as evening-reminder settings and your confirmation of the Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Information

This information is used only on your device to display, manage, and remind you about schedules, countdowns, and completion status. We do not use it to build profiles, deliver advertising, or perform behavioral analytics.

3. Notification Permission

With your permission, the App uses Apple’s local-notification capability to send schedule reminders and evening summaries on your device. You can turn off notification permission in your device’s Settings at any time, and can turn off evening reminders in the App. Delivery depends on device and system conditions.

4. Storage and Sharing

• Local storage: schedules, countdowns, and completion records are stored in the App’s data space on your device.
• No server upload: the App does not upload this content to servers operated by us.
• No sale or sharing: we do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties.
• No account or network requirement: the App does not require an account, and its core features do not require an internet connection.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social-media SDKs, or user-tracking tools. It uses the local-notification capability provided by iOS, which is governed by Apple’s system permission and privacy mechanisms.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Access and correction: you can view and edit your schedules and countdowns in the App at any time.
• Deletion: you can delete individual items or countdowns, or reset all data in Settings. Uninstalling the App may also remove local App data from your device.
• Notification management: you can revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be shown in the App with a revised “Last updated” date.
